The Law Firm, Dr. Hansen & Dr. Besuden is located in Konstanz,Germany, very near to the border of Switzerland. We work both in Germany and in Switzerland and focus on cross border advisory services.We are able to represent our clients in all jurisdictions of German Local Courts, and Higher Regional Courts. The focus of our advisory activity is investment consulting in the context of cross border acquisitions and real estate transactions. We represent German Swiss and English clients in various commercial transactions in both of these countries.
